This Fremont home had seen better days! While many of the original features of the home were not salvageable, we were steadfast in adding details of the era back to the home where we could. There was only a partial basement in this home, so with a lot of digging and engineering we were able to make this a full basement matching the square footage of the main floor, every sq. ft. counts when working with a small footprint. 

From the front door as you enter you are welcomed with an abundance of natural light and a cottage-like feel. The kitchen includes the modern conveniences of Smart appliances along with traditional elements of the era of the home. The living room and dining area were designed so the homeowner could decide which space they preferred for dining and living. The center lighting can easily be switched to accommodate the preferred layout.  

The now fully usable lower level has two nice size bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room and family room.  

Even with this small in city parcel we created outdoor space to be easily accessible from the kitchen and enjoyed by all on those lovely Seattle summer days.
