When we found this Ballard Tudor, it was all but falling down with decades of deferred maintenance and neglect. When we walked into it, our team saw the potential, and everyone was excited knowing how we could bring it back to life and become the gem of the neighborhood! Again, neighbors were happy that it wasn’t being torn down but restored.

A full studs out transformation began, with all mechanicals, roofing, etc. There was no surface left untouched. Even though we had to fully remove the old fireplace, we rebuilt it back exactly like it was originally, good for another 100 years of fire lit conversations. The once postage-stamp sized kitchen grew to include a breakfast nook overlooking the yard and flower garden. Upstairs became a dedicated master, with the roofline being pitched and less head room than a full upper floor. We took advantage of the attic spaces to locate the furnace so as to not take away precious living space in the home. The ensuite doesn’t disappoint with spacious double vanity, built-in shelves on each side and a spa-like shower with extra deep niche, once again taking advantage of eave space!

The lower level offers a dedicated laundry, office space, family room and powder bath along with access to the attached garage.
